Description :
Now, universities utilize technologies that include emotion analysis, AI-powered chatbots, predictive analytics, and adaptive content delivery to improve their contact with the audience, planning of the future, and getting the data insights that are based on the data. Along with the academic research, case studies from the institutions point out that AI depends on the real-time content customization to facilitate one-to-one communication and being more responsive to the stakeholders, which in turn, improves the relationship and conversion rates. In the countryside, predictive analytics plays a role in finding out the students that are in need of additional support because of the lack of resources, poor attendance, or socio-economic difficulties; and this allows the institutions to provide the right interventions and personalized guidance at the right time. The acknowledgment of AI-based predictive analytics has led to the increase in transparency in higher education institutions and the acceptance of communication resource formats that include the whole community. However, the lack of staff digital skills, content management hierarchical structures, and technological barriers create obstacles. There were proposed strategies that help in the alignment of organizational processes with principles of citizen-centered transformations of public governance and integrated service delivery while employing tailored communication techniques to refine goals. This research is a contribution to the body of literature that is growing and is focused on the question of how AI-driven predictive analytics respond to citizens’ (students’) requests for involvement, engagement, and performance improvements in institutional agility, thereby contributing to the transformation of public administration.
